For Camps in Arlington County, if you wish to cancel your camp registration and request a refund or credit to another week of camp, please E-mail your request to

The following policies and timeline apply for American Inline camps in Arlington County:  

  • If you notify us prior to two weeks (14 days) before your camp, you can request a 100% credit on your account for future enrollment or an 80% refund.   
  • If you notify us after the period of two weeks before your camp, we cannot make any adjustments or credits.   
  • Notifications must be in writing.  E-mail us at info@american to request a credit or refund.
  • This policy is agreed to upon registration.  

For all other camps, in other counties, American Inline does not handle refunds or make policy. The agency or school is responsible for this. Please contact the agency or school through which you register for.
